This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order from Cover Boss (coveboss.com) will be delivered.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Orders ship from our warehouses in Anaheim, California and Houston, Texas.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays).

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  - Standard Shipping: $9.99 flat rate — delivered within 3-7 business days after dispatch.
  - Free Shipping: Free standard shipping on all orders of $99 or more.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at coverboss@163.com with your order number and photos, and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
